If zero stars were an option, that’s what I would select. Oracle Law Firm has cycled me through four different paralegals, each one less responsive than the last. Communication is almost nonexistent unless I initiate it, and even then, it’s met with short, dismissive replies rather than real legal guidance.
I have been dealing with my case for almost 16 months now. Poor communication from everyone at this law firm. I've had 4 different attorneys assigned to my case and was never informed about it. I truly feel alone in this situation like they really aren't trying their hardest for my case. Very disappointing and disheartening
