Terrible customer service. I needed to deal with Sara Gallant regarding my insurance policy with them and despite numerous voicemails and emails requesting to specifically call me she doesn’t answer the line and doesn’t call me back and she will answer my emails but not a helpful answer. If you don’t want headaches and panic attacks find another broker because this one is not reliable.
I had the pleasure of working with Chad Kless and Gabriel Buccili while setting up my tenants insurance. They were very responsive and able to set up my policy without any delays.
Thank you Lorrie!! I needed help with making my payment for my insurance policy that was coming up for renewal. I called in like I always do and spoke to the person that I normally do to take care of that and proceeded to have it taken care. I thought my insurance policy was renewed.Turns out it wasn't. There was a glitch in the processing of my payment. 2 or 3 weeks later I received a final notice letter from Intact Insurance saying I needed to pay for the policy or face cancellation.
