I've been with them before and had a bad experience with them, they increase my Insurance more than double after my accident which was very unexpectedly high-priced a that time and cancelling the policy was even more difficult to do because they were not answering phone calls from me and it was hard to see them in the office. Susan Mather was also a great asset in helping me go over my auto insurance policy and providing great recommendations for coverage.
I had to have an update with my home insurance because of a change in mortgage provider. I reached out to my account manager (Lorrie), and she quickly put the paper work together. She was not only responsive, positive, and helpful, she went above and beyond and discovered that my plan wasn't fully optimized because of both my home and auto-insurance. She ended up saving me over $1000! Great customer service and customer obsession.
