I have been working with Oracle RMS for over 5 years now for my auto insurance needs. I’ve had multiple points of contact over that time, and they’ve all been great. My current point of contact, Lorrie Bailey, continues to assist me in finding competitive rates, advising on changes in the insurance landscape and helps with any changes to my personal situation promptly. They have been good brokers and I hope to continue to utilize them going forward.
Update: I received a call from Oracle's management. I appreciate it. My new insurance company requested a letter of experience. I contacted Oracle Insurance as Travelers asked me to contact my broker. Oracle did not provide any help. I spoke to and emailed Manuela repeatedly with no luck. She told me she had to deal with her current clients and did not have time for me. I would not recommend this broker.
Sandi Lavery has been looking after my insurance for a few years now. She is always there when I need her. Quick to follow up. Takes the time to explain all options. She's great. I would highly recommend her for all your insurance needs.
