We have had all of our insurances with them. They are the best. If you want a company that knows your name, offers the most choices, the best prices and is always there when you need them, this is the company. They even have a specialist in retirement insurance. We have had to replace storm damage and they were with us every step of the way. My husband needed to get supplemental insurance when he retired, they took care of that also. Very disappointed by the service I've received from Oracle. There is always a price premium when you work with an agent, they need to get paid and I respect that. The trade off is supposed to be that when you need to use your insurance, usually not a fun time in your life to be making a claim, your agent is your advocate and works with the insurance provider on your behalf.
