Have been working with Oracle Ford now Oro Ford for years. Have had several good experiences and some not so. My last visit was to have service done on my daughters car that we purchased there.I started off with the service advisor, Haley she’s probably one of the best service advisors I’ve ever worked with very communicative and helpful.. she did advise me that she was going on a vacation the following day and that she would not be there to follow up with me..
