I am no longer a patient, nor I am interested in resuming services, given the unprofessional and rude conduct of Dr. Tran. Though refunded for my appointment that I was present for but had to abruptly leave the procedure chair due to Dr. Tran’s misconduct. Took my friend here. The bathroom was totally disgusting. And we were there in the morning. There was pee all over the toilet on the floor it looked like it hadn't been clean in awhile and the trash can was overflowing. I was telling my friend about it and I said if the bathrooms are that dirty how clean are the dentist how clean are their tools hands????
I went to the Thornydale location for 20+ years and I love the new place!!! Same quality, fancier building. The dentist is warm-hearted and knowledgeable. Everyone at the front desk has vibrant personalities.
I love love love this dental practice. The technology is top notch (had a full crown replaced onsite inside 2 hours). Dr. Tran was fantastic (I highly recommend seeing him), but it started with a round of friendly "good mornings" from the front desk at 8am. And Dr. Tran's dental assistant Nikki made it fun (really, who says that about a dentist visit)! Thank you all so much and a special shout out to Nikki who was an absolute delight!!
They were extremely helpful and friendly. They were able to get me in right away, I will be coming here for all of my dental needs!
