Another sleepless night and prepared to be rediculed when the system is against the little guy. When u drive to Providence u will see a multimillion dollar building owned by Orabona.Com. I could not sleeep. last nite and realized my entire lawsuit was completely undermined by Attorney Robert M. Proulx. By not rejecting the offer through the law firm. the defendant and his law team will win. Any law firm. has a duty to offer a client an opportunity to reject the offer pay the arbitration fee and later if they have to if in good faith resign. Not ignore the client, not pay the arbitration fee and file a smear motion with the Court.
After being smeared by the law firm Mr Kaye posted his response to their motion to withdraw. Their attorney never sent Mr Kaye the results of the Arbitration award. Refused to file a rejection of the measly award of only ten thousand in which Mr Kaye would receive under five thousand, and refused to return the file to the Mr. KAYE. nor did he show up for his own motion!
I am in receipt of another motion and I have as stated showed up twice last week and without any messages by the attorney he never showed up! i was embarrassed! Moreover I will. include email's requesting my files and the rejection application. Neither happened. "I am totally humiliated and for the life of me can't comprehend how their office thought I will. Unfortunately I have to go to Superior Court today to verify that I am now going to represent myself because the firm. refused to file a Rejection of the low ball Award and I had to pay myself the three hundred dollars. I forgot to mention that after refusing the Award I now subject myself to. an accounting by the firm. and a law suit by them. to collect legal. fees however I am. broke and I am. sure they will place a hefty lien on my case. Bottomline I suufer from post traumatic stress from the accident in which medicals of $34000 plus were denied and my own physician who I had a lengthy relationship with letter was not considered by James D'ambra at the arbitration hearing.!
This is update of last week's review unfortunately I was forced to contact their office after receiving a letter FROM Robert Prouloux Esq. I called the office and the paralegal answered the phone who. said that the arbitration award and rejection are done by the portal.
