I ha a procedure done on 12/08/2016. My insurance cover most of the EGD Flexible Transoral with Biopsy. the total charge $658.00 insurance paid all but 26.16. I never even once I received a bill for these services all of the sudden received a letter from collections that I owned the 28.16. It hurts my impeccable credit score. They billing department is inept and unorganized. Be careful when you get a procedure from this company check your bill. I will reported to the Better Business Bureau.
