My leasing experience with this building has been amazing from the very first day I met the property manager to the day I walked into my new apartment. The property manager is incredibly kind, caring, and always available to help with anything you need. They made the entire leasing process smooth and stress-free, and I truly felt supported every step of the way. I'm so happy to be a new resident here and grateful for such a wonderful experience!
Working with Anisha was an amazing experience from start to finish. TRUST THE *NEW* REVIEWS. I have never met "Kelly and Juan" and they definitely don't work in the office. Nothing in ANY of the positive reviews reflects my 12 months here 2025-2026. Ownership changed 2024 or 2025, current owner is BLVD. This property is massively overpriced. You really do not want to live here. It's next to a center that helps the insane, so to start off: there is daily wailing/ranting at TOP volume from right next door. To Iverson: Opening your review with “DO NOT move into this building” is dramatic and misleading. It presents your personal opinion as fact, which simply isn’t accurate. I’ve lived at ORA for over four years, and your claims don’t reflect my experience at all. The current onsite leasing manager is the most responsive and professional we’ve had. Anisha in the leasing office has been a 10/10 since the day I moved in. She is always willing to answer questions and consistently goes above and beyond to support and guide residents with whatever they need.
