Scheduled a showing at 1pm, came from 2 hours away, paid for parking, and when I got here the call box didn’t work and no one answered the phone the numerous times I called. Thankfully a resident allowed me in the building so I wasn’t standing outside in the heat w my torn ACL but again, no one was in the leasing office. I would love to review the place but unfortunately, no one showed up. Huge waste of time and money.
do not live here. packages stolen daily literally. staff gives updates on “improvements” but absolutely nothing has changed. lots of people have broken their lease to leave early, i’m adding myself to this list.
Ignore any reviews before December 2024 as new ownership has taken over since. BLVD residential took over and have failed to address multiple issues of safety and security that are standard to living in any apartment complex (let alone in Oakland). Squatters, trespassers, and lack of ANY security are just a few of the issues that ownership drag their feet to address, as much as they tell us they are "working on it." New management is horribly unresponsive; packages are constantly stolen; and there are obnoxious squatters in the building. It’s like a section 8 party here.
