I have been coming to Ora (previously Ingrid’s on 12th) for over 16 years for cut and color. Every visit, without fail, I have loved my hair! The vibe of the salon, chats with my stylists, and a friendly welcome at the front desk have made every visit a pleasure. Looking forward to many more visits!

I had my hair done with Abby, she is amazing person, but not satisfied with colouring balayage, they can do colouring, but she is not professional colourist.
I had a very disappointing experience with PARVIN!! I have thick, long hair and clearly explained that I only wanted some layers, but the haircut turned out completely different from what I asked for. One side of my hair was cut much shorter than the other, leaving my hair looking uneven, thin, and stringy. The appointment also took almost two hours, including styling, but the blow-dry was not done properly and the final result was not what I expected at all.
