Contracted with O'Quinn's Plumbing Service via Angie's List for $155 worth of plumbing for $69 to repair a leaky bathroom faucet. They arrived, removed the "pivot rod" opening a hole in the drain pipe, ran the water and said that was the leak - very shady - He said it would cost $325.15 to repair the leak, which we refused, then they charged at $45 service fee on top of the $69 already paid. They installed our water heater a couple of years ago. As of last week we have no hot water. We have been calling them since last week. NO ANSWER. Left messages, sent emails. WTH. Now I am going straight to the manufacturer. And doing this myself. So much for customer service.

We have been using Wes and O'quinn's Plumbing Services for years and can't say enough about their quality of service and professionalism. As a property manager my main concern is ensuring that we have the fastest turn around time possible...this was never an issue with O'quinn's. Fast, reliable, honest,and highly communicative.

You would be better off hiring a team of monkeys to work on your house. We had to sue these guys because of the damage caused to our home, and it turns out that the owner isn’t even a licensed plumber…. In September 2014, the main water line cracked in our front yard. We called O'Quinn's as we had used them once before. Wes, the owner, personally came out and oversaw the entire repair. Job is done right but its labor charges are rediculosly high and unreasonable. $330 for 1 hour labor only of shower assembly replacement. Check prices around first before your are ripped off. Beware ! ! !
