I am paying foe this office to be open for the times of operation; however, they leave early, they don't check ID before handing over your mail. This place and organization need a lot of help. When you call customer service the girls are ratchet and rude. I have been hung up on cursed, belittled, and will not be continuing service with opus. It is a shame the way the treat paying clients.
