We had a lovely stay at the Opus hotel and the in person service was fantastic. Received a warm welcome and generally were treated very well while there. Really nice central location in Yaletown. However after our stay we had some queries regarding our bill that we reached out to Opus through email and sadly received no response after repeated attempts to reach out and a week passing since our inital inquiry.
The service is outstanding!! Everyone on the staff is friendly and helpful. I need some more wine glasses and some small playes for a happy hour. It was brought up with cloth napkins, complimentary wine and a vase with a beautiful flower--above and beyond!!! We will definitely stay here again!!
My husband and I stayed at Opus Sept 23-26.what a fantastic location. So many sights and wonderful restaurants within walking distance. The staff at Opus are all incredible. So welcoming and attentive. Room was great. Very comfortable. E bikes available for free use. What a great perk. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Just excellent!
Good lord. The tub stays hotter than it takes me to figure out how to leave a Google review! 😂
