Quite possibly my favourite hotel of all time in one of my most favoured of cities!! Everything about the hotel and its staff is spot on - although it would be nicer to have the bar open a little later for that late night one for the roadie!!

Guests beware: check-in is ONLY possible with a physical credit card (or cash). Contactless payment or debit cards are not accepted The front desk manager on duty at 23:55 on 14 August 2026 stated that this restriction is due to law. This is categorically incorrect. I would say 3.5. And this is a tough one for me because the service and staff were incredible. They were so nice and helpful. The location is ideal. The rooms though. This is why we wouldn't stay at Opus again. First of all, the only window is the bath wall. And it's full length. And yes, you can see in from the outside. We checked. The toilet faces the window.
