Opus was a wonderful company to work with for our upgraded kitchen cabinets. They are a local, independently owned company, not some corporate conglomerate. Professional, everything happened in a timely manner, and communication was great. Highly recommend!
My experience with Opus Cabinets was extremely disappointing from start to finish. Communication was poor throughout the process, timelines were repeatedly missed, and follow-up was almost nonexistent once issues started arising. The quality of workmanship did not meet expectations, especially considering the price paid. We visited Opus and had them come out to measure and work up a quote in 2023. Never got the quote, never got any follow through. Not worth my time to deal with them.
We were thrilled with our Opus Cabinets for the main room in our home. We replaced two bookshelves, and decided on a custom style cabinet. They did a wonderful job, and every team member we had in our home was professional, worked in a clean manner, and had responsive follow up to confirm satisfactory work.
