sad to see these comments because Dr Dallas is the best care i’ve ever had and would NEVER consider seeing anyone else. this man cares and he is not just some pill pusher. so nice to not have to go to a bronson or borgess establishment
This Doctors office is so disappointing. My previous Doctor retired and I was sent to Opus. Since then it has been one horrible experience after another. Just now I had an 11:30am appointment. Sat in a hospital gown shivering until 1pm and the Doctor never even poked his head in. I had to leave to return to work without seeing him. Second time this happened. OLD SCHOOL DOCTOR DOING MEDICINE LIKE ITS SUPPOSED TO BE DONE
Dr. Dallas is the worst doctor I have ever experienced in my life. He is a horrible communicator, does not return emails, voice mails, or messages through his portal. He routinely fills prescriptions late after continual prompting. It takes everything short of going to his office with a pitchfork to get a prescription filled. He is arrogant, doesn't listen to any patient concerns and has his mind made up prior to any conversation. He interrupts when you are attempting to explain. I’ve noticed that since Charmaine has left that things like prescription refills don’t get done as fast. Do better!!!
