I have had 5 homes built in the past and Opus Homes is the worst. Opus claims to be a custom builder but he's not. Yes, you can make minor changes to his plans but that's about as custom as it gets. If you like crooked walls, paint all over your tile and like fixtures and no accountability then this is your builder. The subs that he uses are subpar and never stick around long enough to finish the job. Weeks go by with no one doing any work so the completion timeline is always changing.
