Opus provided so-called custom cabinets for a $1M residential property. The work was sub-par and didn't meet industry standards. They moved electrical without a permit, modified framing without a change order, cut through the Polyurethane coating on the brand new white oak flooring, and dropped paint on the hardwood flooring.
