I don’t even want to give Opus caravan one star. Our relative purchased an Opus Hybrid in Perth and had nothing but trouble. It was heartbreaking watching them pushed back and forth and no one listening. I am talking about Opus too in the Eastern States. They had issues in the first couple of weeks of purchasing it. The van would go back for repairs and come back with the same issues. I am talking serious things. They are cheap crappy China caravans. They should have taken the company ‘Back to Base’ to court. Highly recommend Opus camper Adelaide, we purchased an op15 , great hybrid and great value.
Love our new OP4 TLX camper. Had a couple of small issues however Opus were excellent to deal with and quickly & efficiently addressed these. About to head out for our 2nd trip and can't wait to experience the camper again.
