Not a "review writing" person, but had to this time because of the top shelf service we received from Adam and the team at Opus, I am far from an expert on all things outdoors, no question was silly, everything was explained in a detailed handover, and then when I got the camper home and had forgotten 90% of what I was told, Adam answered the phone every time to walk me through what ever issue I thought there was (there wasn't, it was all operator error). I waited over 3 months to get my OP4. I have no issues with the camper what so ever. However I had to chase the sales representative many times for updates as my contract stipulated Jan/Feb 2025 delivery. It took for me to go to the Victorian Caravan and Camping show to get a delivery date, as I sent an email prior to this day, asking that if I didn't receive my camper by the end of February, that I was at the show looking for alternatives if they didn't come through with the delivery, they just made it on the last day of Fe... read more
The Opus team and in particular Adam, have been fantastic from first meetings in their showroom to picking up our OP4. We have had our OP4 for 5 days and have spent 4 of those off grid on the Ovens River!! The Camper has been brilliant and has made for the best off grid camping experience. Thanks so much to the Opus team and already planning our next adventures.
Very poor customer service due to own my hybrid camper since October 2023 solar charging incorrect we have done calculations on the van before going in went to opus think warranty after a week and a bit later they reckon bring the battery down to 50% then letting the solar recharge you turn your fridge and everything off to let it recharge will take 7.5 hour with 21.6 amp in full sun light no shade is ok so if you like your meat to go warm in your fridge please buy one of there hybrid campers I use these can off grid all the... read more
