Emailed Glen who said we could see a second hand opus op2 in a couple of weeks when it came in. Find out 4 days before seeing it that oops someone else sold it. Terrible terrible customer service. There goes our Xmas holiday plans
We picked up our new OPUS camper yesterday and we're honestly so happy with it. The quality is excellent and you can tell a lot of care goes into how it's built. The team were great, patient, friendly, and made sure we understood how everything worked before we hit the road. The setup is quick, materials feel really solid, and it's got everything you need without being over the top. Such a smooth experience from start to finish. Highly recommend OPUS if you're looking for a well-made, easy-to-use camper trailer.
Just bought the OPUS 4 TLX after a few weeks and countless revisions to the quote. George (Burpengary Qld) was awesome to deal with, he revised the quote immediately each time I wanted something changed and kept throwing in sweeteners to make the deal compelling. George also kept back a camper for an extra day to show my family, before taking it to the Brisbane Camping show. I have no doubt the delivery experience will be just as sweet. Thanks George.
**BUYER BEWARE** We purchased our op13 from this company in 2022, brand new from a caravan show. We have only been able to take 4 local trips in our caravan due to the many, many faults that we have had. From a shower base that would not drain to dodgy pumps and faulty inverter. The worst fault though was when our windows actually fell off on a major road, just missing the car travelling behind us.
