We are really pleased with the service we receive from Opus. Jess is incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and always willing to help. Any issues that arise are dealt with promptly and professionally, making the whole experience seamless. The camper itself is amazing, exceed my expectations, great with young kids, handled the 4wd tracks great, highly recommend getting a diesel heater for the cold nights.

I bought a summer annex from.these guys and paid upfront. When i rang to see if it had come in multiple times i was told.we have sent it out to you i wondered how because i didnt think i had given my address to them but we waited regardless. Turns out the stole it and because it says dispatched they refused to help so our money is gone and they dont care.
