We’ve had our OP-13 for almost two years, after our last trip one of the storage latches broke and I ordered a replacement. When the replacement lock arrived the key did not work. I reached out and they immediately saw the error (sent wrong lock) and sent the correct lock the next day!
As a certified rv tech, I had the pleasure of working with Sarah from Opus Campers to help one of their customers and was very pleased with the level of engagement from a manufacturer representative. They genuinely care about their customers and making sure that their campers meet or exceed expectations.
As new owners of a barely used Opus 2, we were driving from Pennsylvania to California, up the coast and back when we called for troubleshooting support. Opus13 owner here, purchased new in July of '25 and within two hours got so far up an unknown mountain road that I had to reverse out for about a mile. We have spent well over 50 days camping in it now, in both hot and freezing weather, and it has towed flawlessly for some 3500 miles. No regrets, despite some warranty issues and a steep learning curve regarding the electronics.
