Eric Radcliffe has gone above and beyond, as a client advisor of my investments. He is punctual and his communication is excellent. I am so happy I walked in and met him, when I did. He has changed my life for the better and I will be forever grateful for his professionalism. I can not recommend Eric Radcliffe enough to anyone, who needs assistance with their finances!
Jerry is my favorite person at Chase. He is friendly, professional, and an absolute all-star.
The bank employees are very unprofessional. Over the phone, the bank operator told me that I needed to contact the bank branch to resolve my issue. At the bank, two girls tried to help me, held me for an hour, then told me that I needed to call a phone number. That is, they did not know how to solve my problem. The bank operator again said on the phone that I could only solve my problem at the bank. I lost half a day in this bank branch. I do not recommend contacting this bank branch.
Unsure about all these bad customer service reviews.... I've had a great experience going in and banking with Chase. I make deposits and get change for a local business a few times a week. They require an ID for change of over $100, which makes perfect sense. So ensure you do bring that with you if needed. I've absolutely enjoyed my experience!!
