I was assisted by Rania and I had a great experience and excellent support while opening my business account. The bank's team is courteous, professional, and well-prepared. I'm happy to have an account with them.
When the bank is open and I go inside, the tellers are helpful and efficient. But, unfortunately, they've reduced their hours of service and the ATM at this branch is frequently out of service. This past week I stopped by twice and each time the branch was closed and the ATM was broken. Such a shame, as the location is remarkably convenient. If they are going to reduce their hours, they should at least invest in a reliable ATM machine.
