When the bank is open and I go inside, the tellers are helpful and efficient. But, unfortunately, they've reduced their hours of service and the ATM at this branch is frequently out of service. This past week I stopped by twice and each time the branch was closed and the ATM was broken. Such a shame, as the location is remarkably convenient. If they are going to reduce their hours, they should at least invest in a reliable ATM machine.
WHY is the ATM out of service on a regular basis… 0/3 my last 3 attempts..
I worked with Officer, Raina Eladem, to address issues I had with the Chase Amazon Visa Card. She was professional, courteous and clear in her communications with all of their partnership representatives. She was able to efficiently resolve my issue and was extremely patient with being transferred 4 times within their system. She deserves huge accolades!
Eric Radcliffe has gone above and beyond, as a client advisor of my investments. He is punctual and his communication is excellent. I am so happy I walked in and met him, when I did. He has changed my life for the better and I will be forever grateful for his professionalism. I can not recommend Eric Radcliffe enough to anyone, who needs assistance with their finances!
