This place needs to overturn their admin and staff! Was looking to rent some easels and they were supposed to send me an email with sizes. Never got it, left message and no reply. I had to call them, then they tell me that I needed to put order 7 business days. Can't pick up at warehouse either. Customer service is brutal.

I love Opus and shopping in their stores. However, online shopping is a different experience. For my last few orders, it takes almost two weeks to receive your items, and they almost ALWAYS have fulfillment issues (backordered). Just recently, they had a special promotion to receive a really neat umbrella with purchase. I jumped on it, buying supplies that I really didn’t need just to get this umbrella.
