I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received. Despite the unprecedented disruption caused by Cyclone Alfred and cancelled flights, Opus was completely unwilling to help us change the dates of our stay. They showed no empathy or willingness to assist, leaving us stranded with no way to reach Queensland. It seems they're only interested in keeping our money and ignoring our pleas for help. I would not recommend staying with them—if you need any kind of support, don't expect them to care.

Great location, spacious apartment, good amenities. Would recommend to others and would definitely come back to stay here. Very reasonably priced. Pool and spa was a great addition. Gym was basic but good enough.

Unfortunately, the apartment I booked did not match the photos and descriptions that were advertised. I had reserved a two-bedroom unit with a coastal view, but there was no coastal view, and the overall appearance of the apartment was misleading compared to what was shown online. Highly Recommend to take a photo of Coffee stain on the rug when you arrive. Otherwise you will be charged $100.15 for cleaning fees.
