Wonderful place to stay. We stayed for a month in Unit 80 which was modern, clean and awesome ocean views. Opus is in a great location for busses and trains, shopping and beach walks. The front desk staff were very welcoming, helpful and friendly, especially Dee who always took the time to have a chat with us. We will be back. Highly recommend 😁
Hate to be that person to write a negative review but honestly save yourself from staying here. The cleanliness is DISGRACEFUL. Upon arrival we had found illegal drugs in the kitchen & dirty tissues underneath the bedside tables in one of the rooms. The older blonde lady that works as the reception made it clear it was out of her hands which is understandable but she was extremely unprofessional. The apartment was as described. Great location & views from our 2 bedroom unit. Just a couple of things to comment on. On arrival the reception female staff member was not that polite & even had the audacity to ask if we were moving in!! 5 nights for 4 adults you need a fair bit of stuff (Food clothes etc) The next day male reception staff was more friendly & accommodating. As our car wouldn’t fit underground (we had to park in the above ground not undercover area) he gave us a notice to put on the car to avoid any fines etc... read more
I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received. Despite the unprecedented disruption caused by Cyclone Alfred and cancelled flights, Opus was completely unwilling to help us change the dates of our stay. They showed no empathy or willingness to assist, leaving us stranded with no way to reach Queensland. It seems they're only interested in keeping our money and ignoring our pleas for help. I would not recommend staying with them—if you need any kind of support, don't expect them to care.
