Very beautiful place
The venue is nice! My main complaint is parking and for a first time visitor, it was quite hard to find.
Owner waited two days before the event to advised that there was a 300.00 security deposit needed. The owner and my daughter negotiated the security deposit down to 250.00 with the deposit being return within two days’ time. Once the event was over my daughter reached out to the owner of the hall within the 2-day time period. I don’t recommend booking with this event hall. The owner of the hall lacks professionalism. There has been numerous reports of her not refunding the deposits on time. There has been an instance where the owner publicly criticized her client on social media which is very “unprofessional”. She has made post not only talking about their families but also their events WHICH THEY PAID FOR, it’s very inappropriate and unprofessional. I recently rented The Opulent Center for my daughter's prom send-off, and I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out! The staff was incredibly accommodating, making sure the space was perfect for our event and addressing all of our family's needs. The venue itself was stunning and set the perfect tone for such a special day. They also made sure to reimburse my deposit on time without any hassle. I highly recommend The Opulent Center to anyone looking for a top-tier event space with excellent service!
