Communication is key, I understand trying to balance life as a wife, mother, employee, and business owner could be a bit stressful and overwhelming, life throws us curve balls all the time, but as a businesswoman, you may need to hire an assistant because our communication was absolutely horrible. The location appears beautiful but not sure if it still open or not I been calling for over a week and sent a text message and haven’t got a return call or answer. Would have loved to utilize this location but this put fear in me to move forward. Best wishes
I have been waiting on my 300.00 damage deposit since May 23rd.2025 I was told it was a delay due to me sending it to an account that was closed. I asked the owner to keep me updated on my money, no answer at all. I work to hard for my money, for someone to just think they can take it away from me. The hall was very nice and I left it very cleaned. Today is June 15th 2025 and still no nothing. Like I can't make this stuff up
I have had several events here.. birthday parties.. prom sends off& etc and was pleasantly surprised that it surpassed my expectations. The owner and staff helped and communicated prior to the events and explained her process. She made sure to let me know her $300 refundable deposit would be returned within 5 business days after my event as long as trash was taken out by party (in which it was). She also helped me day of event run smoothly. So thank you again.
