I had book my partner and I ,25th anniversary renewal for Feb 2020 in Kleinberg, ON. I had contracted Opulence Wedding Design to do my flowers for the event. Due to the pandemic this was delayed and then yet again with the lock downs in 2021. Opulence would not reschedule the date for us. They would not refund the retainer (deposit) I paid at the time I booked their services. Doing the right thing during these times is what businesses need to do.
