I asked for a balayage I showed reference pictures idk how much more specific I could’ve been about what I wanted and I got more like highlights mind you I’m paying $350. I had the pleasure of having Emily as my hairstylist. She was quick and precise, made me feel beautiful, and was just an overall fantastic person to be around.
Alicia did an AMAZING job on my hair. She has a great technique with blending her highlights so that it looks uber natural. I’d recommend her to anyone wanting to maintain or go blonde. She was so sweet and easy to talk to as well! I will definitely be booking with her again!
Came in yesterday to book an appointment and witnessed a not so nice interaction between a customer and one of the stylists. The customer was being very rude and even cursed at one point. The stylist ,not sure her name sorry, handled it very well and stood her ground. As someone who also works in the service industry I wish more people stood up for their coworkers and staff like I witnessed yesterday. You do not treat people rudely and expect to be treated with kindness in return.
In this case, I was naive enough to trust the reviewers and I got disappointed. My hairstylist, today was Alice. To start with, I would like to remark that she has a very heavy hand for hairstylist. She pulled my hair for over 2 hours To the point where I walked out with a headache, I am a very passive introverted person.I did not say anything.I just andort the pain.
