I wish I could give -0 for this experience!!! READ BELOW RESPONSE TO OWNERS! I had a pedi and manicure done at Opulence yesterday. My previous review was removed, and I believe people need to know about my experience. My pedicure experience was great—thank you, Cindy! However, my manicure was disgusting and was done by Amy (assuming she is the owner or one of the owners).
