I trully recommend this program. Its an amazing way to live a healthy lifestyle as well as losing weight. I can say I've lost 17 pounds in 2 months. I like that i am able to have the support from the program when i feel like eating something i am not suppose to. Its awsome that I am able to eat every two hours and I dont have to starve my self. I am glad that I have found this program and that I dont have to spend a lot of money. I feel great about my body and feel very comfortable with my self now.
