Opulence Kitchens and Bathrooms helped us design and install a new kitchen back in 2021. We were so happy with the quality of service we received and the finished product that we got them back last year to install a new ensuite, family bathroom and laundry. Dave was a pleasure to work with and went out of his way to schedule in the jobs at a time that suited us. We recently had our ensuite and laundry upgraded using Opulence Kitchens & Bathrooms. We would recommend Dave and his staff to anyone thinking of replacing or upgrading their bathroom, ensuite or kitchen. The work was 1st class, the guys were experienced and courteous and very tidy. They arrived when specified and completed the work on time and budget. Overall, a very good result. We can't thank Dave enough for all his effort and knowledge.
Dave and his team has done both our bathrooms, absolutely superb service & workmanship, would highly recommend his services.
I am writing this review on behalf of my mother who has had a very stressful time dealing with Dave to rectify all the problems with her recent bathroom renovation by Opulence. She sent an email listing all the problems which he has ignored. Few of the problems being: * Installed the vanity incorrectly by attaching feet to it when Sink Warehouse did not this recommend this. * Installed a toilet (his recommendation) which needed to be replaced within weeks.
