Super cute salon! I see Caitlin and she is super awesome all around. She did a gloss on my natural hair and installed my extensions and I am super happy with the results. 10/10 reccomend.
You get what you pay. I bought a Groupon for a shampoo conditioning treatment and blow dry. She scheduled me for 2:30 I was rushing to get there since I value other peoples time. I noticed she texted me she changed it to 2:45. When I got there she was not there yet. She was late. She rushed thru shampoo and put some conditioner and washed it out immediately. Caitlin at Opulence salon off May Ave. is a total pro! She is meticulous & was able to get me in for an appointment with a days notice, thankfully. She didn't rush the process at all & i could tell she's passionate about her work. I got an all over color & trim. She took the time to suggest a new product line (i wasnt familiar with) which worked fabulously on my hair. I’m thrilled with the results and will definitely be back. Thank you, Caitlin! 💖
