I'm a bit upset with this salon, as I've tried reaching out several times, after initially having made contact with someone. I tried to book online, but the website seems a little glitchy. I wanted to get in contact with someone to verify that the appointment was actually scheduled. I've attempted to contact them multiple times, no call back and now I call and the phone immediately hangs up. My girl's curly hair is easy to comb now. Going in, it was tangled. She spent hours untangling it, but got it done with incredible speed and finesse. We will be going back.
