Booked an appointment. Online it clearly stated that the office took my insurance. Upon arriving to my appointment having to leave work early I was informed my slot was already taken and that they do not take my Insurance. Terrible customer service to say the least.

After putting off an eye exam for a long time, I finally booked one and was very glad I chose OPTYX. Dr. Law was absolutely amazing. Very thorough, attentive and patient. She explained every part of the exam and made me feel confident and comfortable. Fay (front desk) was a pleasure as well. I would definitely recommend.
