Wayne is extremely knowledgable, honest and helpful! Not knowing if I could get my current prescription glasses adjusted, and thinking I'd have to purchase a new pair, I stopped by Optx to see what my options were. To my surprise, Wayne was able to fix my glasses perfectly and didn't try to push me into walking out with a new expensive pair. My glasses are back on my face (not crooked), and after seeing the gorgeous styles he carries, I will definitely be back for a second pair and some new sunnies very soon!
I've been a client of Wayne's at Optx for several years now & I just want to say that he really cares about customer service & about making sure your satisfied with your purchase. Every time I go in to get new glasses, or just to say hi...he always insists on cleaning my glasses & adjusts them. Thank you Wayne! Be back soon!
