Wow. I've been a customer for one week and I've talked to seven different people. Seven!! I've run out of medication because of these idiots who do not listen. I just got a FedEx overnight package of a medication I do not need. Tomorrow I'm getting another medication expedited shipping that I haven't used in a year. I won't be getting the medication I am completely out of, until Saturday. I explained 24 of the optimum Rx people did I was completely out of a medication and I needed it right. Be wise on OptumRx they will send you an expensive medication out without telling you how much the co-payment is and then after they send it to you they expect you to pay the co-payment should be other way around they should tell you what the co-payment is first so you can decide if you want the medications I'm about done with all RX and their doctors
