Called optum months ago because they've been sending mail to my home addressed to one of the previous homeowners, my relative. I explained that they no longer live here and even gave them the information they needed in order to contact my relative so they could send the bill to the correct address. That clearly did no good because these idiots just keep sending my relative's bills to my home. I've also sent at least 4 or 5 back to them that I wrote "Return to sender. It is a terrible service. I wish my work didnt use them but they wont cover unless I do. Not only are the calls incessant. But they ask you too much information. Sorry I dont have 10 minutes to sit on my phone entering numbers. I try using the website and I get internal server errors. Either find a convenient way to contact us or dont. Also please get your website working.
This has been one of the worst companies I have ever worked with. I waited a month and a half to get a medication approved that I needed ASAP. I’m now going back and forth with them for the next series of this medication. They’re telling me the doctor didn’t submit anything, but I saw them do it and got the confirmation. Essentially stripping your right to accessible health care. Mind is blown. How is it legal that they can stop your medications from being picked up at your pharmacy? What the helly
Abysmal customer service and a broken AI system. It took an exhausting 25 separate prompts just to bypass their terrible artificial intelligence bot and reach a human voice. To make matters worse, once I finally got through to a live customer service representative, they were completely unable to solve my issue. A massive waste of time and zero actual support.
