My new insurance is with them. The people on the phone are pleasant. However, I have spent hrs on the phone with them, TRYING to get my scripts transferred and filled…3 weeks later, I’m still having issues.
I cannot express how much I hate having to deal with this company. Customer service is not a thing with Optum. Everything's a hassle, the website and the app are useless. I'm going to spend the next year trying to talk my company out of using this service.
Customer service is worse than horrible. You get a different answer every time you contact them about your prescription. They override my doctors judgment and prescription orders, even though it’s the same blood pressure medication taken for the last seven years. This slows down the process and my husband doesn’t get his blood pressure medication on time. Totally unacceptable!!! I will look for prescription coverage that does not use Optum!
Website has a link to secure messaging and then informs you that it isn’t available anymore. It mentions messaging and no link to messaging. The only option appears to be a phone call and the on hold time requirement. On a positive note once I was able to talk with someone, they were able to address my concerns.
