Nothing but hassles since our company switched insurance. Continually running out of medications that require a regular dose schdule. Optum forces dr and patients to jump through hoops and doesnt fill rx as prescribed.
Zero stars. I've been able to pick up my prescription every 21 days since January and then today I find out that they changed it to 28 days. The prescription only lasts for 28 days which means the day that I run out is the earliest I can pick up the new prescription. So I guess if day 28 falls on a day that the pharmacy is closed then I have to go a couple of days without taking my medication
I have received my meds promptly and without any delays. Maile delivery is very good.

Worst time trying to get REFILLS of my prescriptions. I dealt with them for over 2 hours today. I am saying goodbye and going through my local pharmacy. The rep would not transfer me to a supervisor! I called my insurance company and filed a complaint as it’s their mail order company and they transferred me to a Optum supervisor who I filed a complaint with too.
