Awful. Don't use !!!!
Worst time trying to get REFILLS of my prescriptions. I dealt with them for over 2 hours today. I am saying goodbye and going through my local pharmacy. The rep would not transfer me to a supervisor! I called my insurance company and filed a complaint as it’s their mail order company and they transferred me to a Optum supervisor who I filed a complaint with too. Renee spent over an hour on the phone with me today, assuring I would get my prescription and that it’d get sent to the correct place. She went above and beyond to try to help me try to save money. She is truly the sweetest customer service agent I’ve talked to and her help was truly appreciated. I’d give her 10 stars if I could!
We called to change our address & order more meds. We had the sweetest, most professional Representative. Her name was Aleira. She was so kind & took the time with us that we needed. Thank you Aleira!
If I could, this would get 0 stars. How can a company pull you off a medication without notification. These are grounds for lawsuits and best believe thats where my direction is heading. I can't even believe they are allowed to keep operating with a 1.6 rating, disgusting. If you see my name in the news bc of my death, OPTUM RX IS TO BLAME.
