Love my doctor Courtney Lee but I was dissapointed to hear through a coworker that they had sent out emails stating the clinic was closed. I didn’t believe it so I personally went today to find out where the doctors had relocated and I find the office open but empty with a sign on the door that they apologize for the inconvenience after July 25,20026 no further information was given. I’m upset because I’ve been a patient there and never got notified , I had to hear it from a 3rd party now where am I suppose to go

Update: The Optum response below neglects to say that the company is not lifting a finger to link patients with their doctors, or providing us with contact information so we can continue to see our preferred doctors wherever they may land. Patients are being left high and dry, which is typical of this company’s incredibly poor customer service. Typical of Optum services, the urology practice has been closed without any concern for continuity of care. No information on doctors or accounts, and only a general reference to other regional health systems. No answer at the offices and your calls are directed to an answering service in India.
