I am not exaggerating…it is nearly impossible to reach this office by phone. The phone just rings and no one bothers to answer the phone! I am NOT exaggerating! In desperation I even called the physician-only line and still the call went unanswered. I eventually went to the office and was told there’s a call center that answers the phone. Well, they don’t. This wasn’t my first problematic experience trying to reach this office…unfortunately, I cannot recommend this practice due to its poor office practices.

I explained that I was a nervous patient. This is the wrong guy to see if you're looking for good, calming bedside manner. He doesn't call patients with results of tests but instead relies on "My Chart". Ironically there is an option on "My Chart" that allows you to contact the Doctor. Waste of time!!!! Some of his staff are extremely helpful but there were still a few confusing times in which his staff was not on the ball. For example, the Doctor wanted me to do an x-ray.
