This place is probably the worst urgent care I have ever been to. Check-In is a process even though i’ve been here many times and have checked-in on the app. I sat in the waiting area when no-one else was there. Once inside there is more waiting. I would suggest to come here as a last resort. I rated it a 2 because the place is clean.
Really a great visit from start to finish. Didn’t wait long, they had a chair for me waiting at the check in window. Jessica the NP was super sweet, knowledgeable and understanding. I was in and out and already feeling better just one day later. Highly recommend!
