My first impression was it is clean and the receptionist was courteous. After explaining to her that I had gone to 2 other urgent cares before coming here, she actually was courteous enough to say well how can we help you. I believe he was a Medical Assistant but Mr. Townsend made me very at ease, and comfortable. He asked and verified my meds and took my exray. Kayla was exceptionally kind, informative, friendly and truly a pro when it came to delivering my tdap shot. Dr. Dort was also very professional and kind. Great service all around.
Great staff, clean and comfortable office.
I’m glad they are here for those not so great times you have to visit. The staff is always present and engaged. This is a good place.
