Extremely unprofessional and rude front desk staff on tonight. Went in to get my bf xrays...first off dont go here if you are waiting for your insurance card in the mail. They will try to charge you $190 upfront instead of billing to your address to send to your insurance. Also, be sure to not make any jokes to make them laugh or else they will talk badly about the patient in front of them, and glance over through the glass laughing to each other. Absolutely wonderful experience!
My appointment was quick and easy. I just walked in without an appointment and was out in 30. Everyone was pleasant and listened to my concerns.
This facility accepts appointments online but be prepared to have a very long wait after your set time. I understand if you are unable accurately schedule each appointment but don’t have the option to do so online if you aren’t willing to accommodate.
