Ridiculously frustrating experience. Can't get through to anyone on the phone locally to answer what should be a simple question - cost for exam and rib xrays. Called 3 different numbers, transfered 4 times. They do have a department which will get back to you in 3 days - not much use in an urgent care situation.
Flawless, fast, compassionate visit when I got sick while vacationing nearby. ZERO wait time and the staff was exceptional, even with the extra hassle of dealing with my out of state insurance.
Got hit with a $1300 bill for a simple sore throat. This is preposterous.
I have called the Kingston urgent care a total of 25x. They do not answer the phones. There is absolutely zero telecommunication. What a nightmare. It rings and hangs up. They’re open but they have no desire to answer the phones. What a shame.
Walk-in clinic experience was very good. Brief wait time and excellent care.
