Absolutely horrible service my daughter is an existing patient who is on adderall and every single month since she’s started taking the meds it’s a fight to get the prescription sent over the correct way. The receptionists don’t listen whatsoever they talk over you when I try to explain my issue. And tell me that I have to call one office to another to resolve their insubordination... To far to travel to. Always crowded
Disorganized from the front to the back. Two trips down here because they never shipped. Then they want you to be grateful when they finally do get it right. They are very nice but that doesn’t get me my time back.
RecommendedI visited your West Islip facility a few days after I had gone to a different walk in clinic that didn’t give me what I needed to get rid of a sinus infection. Your care is what meant so much. I will be going to this urgent care from now on.
This happened at the Howard Beach Location.... My husband and daugther arrived 15 mins before they closed. My daugther had a fungal infection. Dr. Valerie Brutus said she would be back to let them know if the insurance covered the medication. Half an hour later! A janitor walked in and that's when the receptionist realized someone was still there!!!! The DOCTOR LEFT without giving us ANY INSTRUCTIONS!!!! the receptionist had no idea what to do!!! I will go to Excel urgent care going forward and take my kids to PM Pediatrics.

If I could give a "0" rating I would. I am an oncology patient, relapsing for the second time this year. Time is of the essence. I was supposed to have my new medication to begin treatment 2 days ago. After countless phone calls and almost 3 hours total on the phone, I might have my medication in 4 more days. Everything that could have been messed up was, and customer service has been atrocious (including a supervisor who promised to call me back and then proceeded to blow me off).
