This place is the worst place I been calling for like my 5th time all day to get my medicine and they leave me on hold for the longest the only reason I put up with it because there close to my house.

Always very helpful Great pharmacy and better than a Walmart a CVS or a Walgreens
Consistently fails to deliver medication on time and refuses to set up automated delivery to my doctor's office. Struggles with the most basic tasks like adding copay cards and obtaining consent/coordinating with my doctor in a timely manner. We don't need middlemen like this for medications. They drive up the cost of our insurance and drive down the quality of care we receive. Optum Specialty Pharmacy is crooked and broken.
