Recommendedwent there recently and the staff was amazing and so sweet. 1 receptionist 1 nurse and 1 doctor. with the craziness going on between appointments covid test and just regular walking the staff was very professional sweet and kind. I can go on for awhile but I will stop here. Please everyone have patience with all medical personnel and say THANK YOU.
Honestly this place is so chaotic, nobody answers the phone, and FORGET paperwork needed for school, takes them weeks to fill out a form. Ridiculous. Do not recommend
you need a better checkin system post covid. calling in and using the same number as everything else is silly after 10min check-in process I am still waiting over 45 mins in the parking lot.
The doctors are okay. The office staff is terrible. They cancel your appointment without notifying you and never read or respond to messages sent. Maybe overworked and underpaid? 🤣
