Impossible to get hold of. They never answer their phone and then the call gets routed to their main dept who then also try to get hold of the Maywood office and can’t. After 45 min of trying I gave up. They left message with office to call me back and it took them 4 days to call me. Then they didn’t help me anyway. They told me they’d call me back after they figured it out and I never got call back. Trying to order cpap supplies for almost 5 months now and all I get is the run around. The receptionist and technician were friendly and courteous. The technician explained to me well how the sleep test going for the night. So I did not worry anything. The room and bathroom were very clean. The bed was comfortable. So I fell asleep in minutes ! I will recommend this place to my friends.
It’s been my third visit and they are always at least 30 minutes late for my appointment, even if I complete the check-in prior to the scheduled time.
My sleep study seemed so easy and test take six hours and bed look so very comfortable and my technology Jane is awesome and very nice place and so clean. Love this bed room so beautiful area.
