This is the most disrespectful medical office! Appointment was at 11:20 but they requested me to be there 15 min to do ppw. 1 hr after, we’re still waiting to be called. Just 2 people in the waiting room!. I asked the front desk person who had no idea what to do. We’re paying a lot of money for our insurance per month. This is insane ! Plus I have to mention that we waited 3 weeks for this appointment!
Their working hours from 8.30 to 5 pm and no one there to answer phone to take appointments after 4pm. Worse primary care provider. Do not choose them.

I called several times to check on a referral. Couldn't get a straight answer from anyone, was left on hold when I returned the call was told everyone was out to lunch the phone disconnect twice. Unprofessional rude behavior employees need to be trained on how to answer the phone and service callers. Solisted by corrupt cops to play on the phone and give wrong information which shows the type of people answering the phone.
