The doctor I see there is awesome but Optum clearly just wants my money and it's gross. Also, the call center is atrocious. You can't even call the office to tell them you're running 10 minutes late. I called the phone number listed on my doctor's website. I got passed around 5 times until finally someone agreed to take a message and said, "I will send a message to the doctor's team and I will also attach a message to your portal so that when they check you in, they'll see it." Visited Rheumatologist Davina Chen MD in Mt. Kisco. On the first visit she sent me for enormous blood test (never got such blood test in my entire life). From that and my symptoms she made diagnosis. Dr Chen is very pleasant person, patiently listening and discussing my problems. I very highly recommend her.
Dr. Asha Shrestha rheumatologist is one of the best doctors for my conditions. She does reviews your history before see you. She explains everything so you understand before you leave her office. I have no problem recommending her if anyone need a rheumatologist.
