Bez (Tech) was great.
Just returned from Optum Radiology in Syosset. I have had several tests recently and the technician that took care of me today was by far the best. His name is Bez. He was very professional but also caring and personable. He made a difficult day much easier.
Bez os an excellent technician. He was so kind and gentle to my 91 year old dad
Had an appointment booked for 2pm. Get here, after waiting a week, and she tells me insurance still hasn't approved it. I asked if she can call the insurance company and she refused. I called and they said it was approved in the morning. Now an hour later after my appt. time I am still waiting. All she had to do was make the call when I came in 15 minutes early. Lazy worker that doesn't care people took off for this. I was also supposed to get a call from them yesterday to tell me it was noy approved and that also didn't hap... read more
Theresa at Optum radiology is incredible, she is so thorough in her exam. . Not only is she smart, warm and kind, she does her best to ease your mind and as a patient having a wonderful bedside manner as well as giving a thorough exam is a winning combination. The additional staff that I’ve come in contact with are also kind and helpful. Highly recommend this office
