Made appointment as requested, waited over 30+ min past my appointment time and to have a walk in complete the work first! Why bother with making appointment?????
Had MRI their very well run and organized
Horrible wait time for the women’s imaging. Got here 15 mins before appt time and waited close to an hr in the waiting room. My normal location is at lake success and I never had to wait this long.

I had the pleasure of going to such a great place to get a scan done. Let me tell you about my awesome experience here at Optum Radiology. I walked in and was instant greeted and treated more like a friend than just another medical patient. Everything was seamless and easy and the wait time was minimal-we know offices can be notorious for being late. They were not only early but completed my scan fast.
