Super friendly and caring staff
Carmella, thank you for managing an excellent department. I was pleasantly and efficiently logged in at the front desk by Lissa and Patty. Both made me feel welcome as if they knew me. On a second visit they remembered me even to the chair that I sat in for a short wait. Bez (Tech) was great.
Just returned from Optum Radiology in Syosset. I have had several tests recently and the technician that took care of me today was by far the best. His name is Bez. He was very professional but also caring and personable. He made a difficult day much easier.
Bez os an excellent technician. He was so kind and gentle to my 91 year old dad
