Let me set the stage by mentioning I am extremely claustrophobic but had to have an MRI type of test. I cannot even think about an MRI type of test without having anxiety issues. I mentioned this to BEZ and he took control of my anxiety. He explained and introduced me to the process by taking me into the machine but not doing the procedure. Super friendly and caring staff
Carmella, thank you for managing an excellent department. I was pleasantly and efficiently logged in at the front desk by Lissa and Patty. Both made me feel welcome as if they knew me. On a second visit they remembered me even to the chair that I sat in for a short wait. Then there is Heather who gave me the most thorough colostomy, tonsillectomy, hysterectomy, vasectomy or some kind of test. Heather explained what she was doing every step of the way.
