Went for my 7.5wk ultrasound and was utterly disappointed and sad at the fact that what was supposed to be an exciting appointment for me and my husband to see our second child for the first time and hear their heart beat we were not allowed to see the screen or hear anything. According to the tech it’s their policy to not show you. I find that to be a dumb policy considering your first trimester is high stress and full of mystery until your sonograms and they shouldn’t be adding to it. I had a calcium score test performed at this Optum location. It's brand new and it looks great and the staff is very very nice. The only disappointing thing was it took four business days to get the results, which I thought was a little excessive. Maybe I just caught a bad week. I just had a sonogram done at another optum location and got the results in 2 hours, which I thought was amazing since they said it would be the following day.
Made appointment as requested, waited over 30+ min past my appointment time and to have a walk in complete the work first! Why bother with making appointment?????
