Upon arrival to Radiology I was greeted by a woman, Nirmala, with a friendly smile. Nirmala assisted me by making an appointment that was convenient. She gave me forms to be completed for my upcoming appointment. Very professional.

Disorganized, sloppy.. no wonder they have 2.5/5… the reviews aren’t lying. They don’t prioritize getting back to you, don’t prioritize handling your case. Always have to be on top of them when they say they will call back, they rarely do. A lot of the receptionists that answer the phone are rude and act like they are doing you a favor. They forgot that picking up the phone and handling customers is what helps put food on their table. I would avoid this place if possible

The front desk team at Optum is absolutely fantastic! They were super friendly, welcoming, and made my check-in quick and easy! Their professionalism, positive vibes, and efficiency set the tone for the entire visit. Truly the best front desk staff I’ve encountered! Thank you Linsey, Susie, Nirmala and Allison! They deserve all the recognition!

I am not giving the office staff a 1...they were lovely and made me feel totally comfortable. I am giving their billing department a 1. I was told by the office that there was a $95.00 out of pocket payment IF my insurance did not cover the test, but they did not take it from me at my appointment because they said that GHI typically covers it, and that as long as they paid out at least the $95.00 they were charging people without insurance, I would not have to pay anything.
