The Office Manager, from desk girls& sono techs were all fabulous. very professional!!
It's a shame, no matter how good the technicians are, the attitude of the front desk is terrible. How a such a large corporation allows such rude behavior from their receptionist, is clearly a sign that their number one concern is not the patient. Never going back.
Awful company. I paid my bill. All payments are listed on their website. They email me and call EVERY DAY!!! Now they have a collections company coming after me. I'M MAKING A COMPLAINT TO NYC DEPT OF CONSUMER AFFAIRS
1 star because the customer service is horrible and one of the employees over the phone literally told me to go google my question when I asked her how much a mri is at their office..??? I found this very unprofessional because me myself works at a doctors office and it’s not acceptable to tell a patient who needs medical attention to go “google their question “. Also they had me on hold and transferred me a thousand times to different workers for 30 minutes. Save your time and go somewhere else..
