Worst experience ever! I will never go back! The technologist was rough when positioning me and ignored my repeated requests to adjust the padding, which caused me pain throughout the exam! She was nasty, very disrespectful like someone forced her to come to work that day! I dont remember her name but she was mid age and she had red hair color, she hates her job. Please do not go there I do not recommended.
This is the BEST experience I have ever had getting a MRI done. It was my first time here Today 7/23 at this office, and my MRI tech was Michelle B. She was VERY professional, kind, and understanding. I was in alot of pain and Michelle B made sure I was comfortable and ok before, during, and after I had the MRI done. Milly the receptionist was also very kind and professional. They both made my experience their VERY pleasant and I "THANK YOU" both. FYI THERE IS NO X-RAYS IN THIS LOCATION ANYMORE, so don't waste your time. I called before coming to do some x-rays in this location and check for walk- in hours. They told me it's Mon- Fri 8 am -3:30 pm. When I got there, the receptionist told me it's been A YEAR since they had an x-ray technician!!!! And I had to visit another location! So why didn't they tell me that when I called and asked for walk-in hours??! How come the receptionist or call center representative didn't know that??? Such a waste of time and irresponsib... read more
First time patient @ this location. What an amazing experience! Julia and Mila are fantastic radiology staff , professional, attentive and kind. Had to meet Erika , the manager just to share it with her. Pleasant front desk as well. In a timely manner took care of both of my tests . So grateful to all. Highly recommend this place !
The tech herself, Julia. One of the worst bedside manner I have ever experienced. Very rude, unprofessional and nasty. This is a shame in the medical field. Get HER PEOPLE training. I also heard her berating her assistant as I left which means she likely treats her staff worse. Shame on you. Zero stars. Reception desk was fine.
