I’ve had consistently poor experiences with Optum Radiology’s appointment system. Last year, I waited over two hours past my scheduled time before being seen. An unacceptable delay that made me question the purpose of booking in advance. Patients have jobs, responsibilities, and limited time. I had a great experience here. I usually go for mammograms , however this was a bone density scan , and other treatments. My treatment was quick , professional and a great experience overall.

This medical office is the worst I have ever seen in my life. The worst service and the worst doctor. Her name is Suzanne Segal. She did a biopsy on my breast and I was in so much pain that I became ill. She simply couldn't even do an analysis. This kind of thing doesn't happen anywhere.🤮

The receptionists are not professional and very rude...they don't even know what they are doing...I would recommend Lenox hills or other locations of Optim..

Is there a problem with your phone system or call center? Please fix it. I was only able to make appt by pressing key for operator. I will continue going to your place as staff and techs are always great.
