I generally don’t leave reviews unless it’s fantastic or horrible. I wish I could give this place a 0. I waited for almost 2 hours for a mammogram. I understand that people are busy and things happen, but no one ever acknowledged the folks sitting in gowns waiting for a mammogram, freezing cold and left to sit there for hours. If someone had just even said, sorry, we’re behind today, that might have been helpful. But nothing. The receptionist didn’t care after I said I am not waiting any longer, this is ridiculous. I’ve had consistently poor experiences with Optum Radiology’s appointment system. Last year, I waited over two hours past my scheduled time before being seen. An unacceptable delay that made me question the purpose of booking in advance. Patients have jobs, responsibilities, and limited time. This kind of disregard is not just inconvenient, it’s disrespectful. This year, I arrived 30 minutes early for my 11:30 a.m. appointment, hoping things had improved. I had a great experience here. I usually go for mammograms , however this was a bone density scan , and other treatments. My treatment was quick , professional and a great experience overall.

This medical office is the worst I have ever seen in my life. The worst service and the worst doctor. Her name is Suzanne Segal. She did a biopsy on my breast and I was in so much pain that I became ill. She simply couldn't even do an analysis. This kind of thing doesn't happen anywhere.🤮

The receptionists are not professional and very rude...they don't even know what they are doing...I would recommend Lenox hills or other locations of Optim..
