WORST EVER! Irritable disrespectful phone reps every time I call. Quick to hang up in your face or transfer call without any notice. They do NOT Care to help patients, just surf the time clock. I called simply requesting MRI images to be uploaded on Mychart, and was First told to call Mychart (the app itself!) for this request. After getting the run around, I called again, was transfered twice, then told with Attitude, that images are not able to be uploaded on mychart. LIE! Rude communication over the phone. The customer service just hung up the phone instead of answering my questions. They cannot analyze the images without the previous ones. It looks like a copy-paste technology.
I want to thank the miserable, probably sped, receptionist who lied to me on the phone. Thank you for wasting my time. This place is truly the worst.
